We are committed to displaying products clearly and accurately. However, we are unable to guarantee that the colours shown on our web site will exactly reflect the colours of products in reality since colour rendering is dependent on the settings on your computer and screen. 


The prices on FLAXon Ecowear online store are stated in SEK and EUR. All prices include VAT (25 percent) for orders made within the EU. Prices may change due to conditions FLAXon AB are not in control of, such as considerable changes in raw material costs, currency or taxes. No ordering costs will be added. We reserve us the right to factual errors in terms of product pricing. FLAXon AB will strive for a fixed price and avoid temporary discounts or other unexpected offerings that can create uncertainty about whether the shopping was made at the “right occasion”.

Methods of Payment

The online store FLAXon Ecowear accepts payment via PayPal.

Methods of Delivery

All packages are delivered using PostNord. Delivery times are usually 2-5 working days, provided that goods are in stock. In the event of a delay (e.g. a delivery time in excess of two weeks), the customer is entitled to cancel the purchase at no cost. Once the package is ready for delivery, PostNord will contact you using the mobile number provided during the order process in order to agree a delivery time. If the delivery is delayed, please contact FLAXon AB (FLAXon Ecowear) is not liable for any consequences of delayed delivery.


FLAXon Ecowear charges a shipping fee for sending packages. Any return shipping must be paid by the customer.

Undelivered Packages

PostNord will contact you up to three times to agree on a delivery time for your package. The package will be held by PostNord for 14 days and then returned to FLAXon AB (FLAXon Ecowear). Undelivered packages returned to FLAXon AB (FLAXon Ecowear) will result in a fee of EUR 20 being charged to the customer for shipping and expenses. This fee will be charged to the same method of payment used during the purchase. If you change your mind after the package is dispatched, you must collect the parcel from your collection point and send it back to us. It will otherwise be deemed undelivered and the fee charged automatically.

Shipping Damage

We are liable for any damage caused during shipping, i.e. the risk that the goods are damaged or lost during shipping from our warehouse to you. You are liable for this risk in the event that you make a return to us.

Cooling Off Period and Returns

As a consumer, you are always entitled to cancel your purchase within 14 days when ordering via This cooling off period begins from the date of receipt of the goods. The goods should be unused and in new condition, as well as returned with all labels and markings in its original packaging. However, you are entitled to open the packaging and try the product. FLAXon AB (FLAXon Ecowear) reserves the right to make deductions for loss of value if you have used the product more than necessary in order to test the properties and functionality of the product. Following a return, we will check whether the product has been used in an adequate manner. Deductions will be calculated on a case-by-case basis depending on what type of product you have purchased and what reduction in value has occurred due to its use.

In order to exercise your rights under the cooling off period, the product must be returned by post to FLAXon AB, Gurresta Fågelsången 35, 741 91 Knivsta, Sweden. The delivery note should be included or shown as proof that you purchased the product from FLAXon AB (FLAXon Ecowear). You are liable for the cost of returning products and retain liability for them until they reach FLAXon AB (FLAXon Ecowear). When exercising your right of return during the cooling off period, you should use the returns form included with your order. When making a return/exchange, the original delivery note/online receipt that accompanied the delivery should be included.

If you exercise your right of return during the cooling off period, you will receive a refund to the same method of payment you made your purchase with within 14 days of the returned goods being received.


Products bought via FLAXon AB (FLAXon Ecowear) online store may be returned to the warehouse. If you return your whole order and nothing is damaged, we will refund the full sum to you, less the original shipping cost. Payment will be credited back to the same method of payment used during purchase within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods. If you have used the product more than necessary, you are liable for the reduction in value resulting from the use of the product. The costs of return shipping will not be refunded.

Product care and sizes

All our fabrics have been pre-washed to reduce shrinkage. However all natural fibers, such as cotton and linen may still change shape to some extent depending on the conditions during washing and drying. If you stretch the garments in wet conditions and iron them after drying you will reduce the risk for shrinkage. Following our wash care instructions will help you make sure that your clothes have a long life. Washing instructions are printed on a white tag inside our garments.

If you are uncertain on the proper size before shopping, maybe you should try one size bigger (e.g. XL instead of L).


If the product is broken or faulty upon receipt, you are entitled to make a claim in accordance with the applicable Distance Selling Act. FLAXon AB (FLAXon Ecowear) undertakes to rectify the fault within the claim period at no extra charge through providing a new product, or paying the purchase price (including any additional costs) to you, the customer. If you discover that the product is broken or faulty, you should contact us as soon as possible following this discovery. If FLAXon AB (FLAXon Ecowear) notes that the product was broken or faulty upon receipt by you, and you prefer a refund, you will receive the purchase sum back to the same method of payment that was used to make the purchase or alternatively you will be provided with a new product. Refunds will be made within 30 days of FLAXon AB (FLAXon Ecowear) receiving the product and noting that it was broken or faulty upon your receipt of it.

Force majeure

Force majeure refers to strikes, staff illness, disruption to transport or import/export bans on FLAXon AB (FLAXon Ecowear) or our suppliers. In the event of force majeure, FLAXon AB (FLAXon Ecowear) obligations are deferred. If force majeure lasts for longer than 2 months, both you and FLAXon AB (FLAXon Ecowear) are entitled to terminate the agreement without any liability for payment of damages.
